December 24th 2006 - Matt got a New Computer with a 19" wide flat screen monitor, an MBox 2 firewire interface that comes with Pro Tools 7 LE and Studio BX5a monitors (speakers)!  For those of you who don't know, Pro Tools is the industry standard for mixing music.

November 5th 2006 - Matt is on Yahoo Music's fan video for White and Nerdy by "Weird Al" Yankovic!  Check it out Here

July 21st 2006 - Check out 1955 on Home Grown Buzz on WZPL! If you live in Indianapolis listen to 99.5 on Saturday (July 22nd) at 9:50am and Sunday (July 23rd) at 9:50pm to hear 1955 on Indianapolis's Adult Top 40 radio station!  If not, you can listen online at www.wzpl.com.  Click Here to see the info from WZPL.

July 16th 2006 -  Matt has made lots of progress on the data disc (it might actually be a dual disc!).  Also, Matt has started working on new parodies!  Expect a song about MySpace, and a parody of Bad Day by Daniel Powter soon!

September 6th 2005 - Matt is now a  Dementia Artist!  Matt's hit parody, 1955, debuted on the Dr. Demento show on July 17th 2005!  Radio Clips! Page Has beed added so people can hear That One Guy on the Radio.

July 29th 2005 - You can hear That One Interview, This sounds Like A Parody, and 1955 on the Dr. Demento show on the listen page!

July 4th 2005 - Matt will debut on the Dr. Demento Show on July 17th!  His hit song "1955" will be airing!

May 17th 2005 - Matt's forum is back up!  Click Here to enter!

May 16th 2005 - Matt has an Xanga site!  This is a place where he can keep it real with fans.  Xanga - That One Guy Online

April 16th 2005 - Matt has won Best Parody Artist at the World of Weird Al Forum !  Also, 1955 won for best recorded parody!

April 1st 2005 - After easing into it for 2 years, Matt has gone vegetarian!

December 24th 2004 -  Matt got A Letter From Dr. Demento!!!

Dr.Demento personally wrote Matt a letter, it had the official stamp, his signature and everything! He explained why he can't play Stacy's Dog. Basically he said that he has already played a lot of parodies of Stacy's Mom and that radio stations are very sensitive about indecencybeing played on the radio right now. He used the words "A song about poop (even dog poop)". LOL, that was great.
Anyway, Matt was soo happy to get that letter. Dr. Demento complimented him and said that he is sounding better and better all the time. He basically made him want to try even harder. So he will!

01/02/04- Today is me and my girlfriend's 1 year anniversary!  We firs tmet in 2000 and started going out, sadly we went our seperate ways in 2001, but started hangin' out in 2002 and on January 2nd 2003 (or 1-2-3) we officialy started "going steady" and we are very happy. We plan to spend the rest of our lives together and have lots of kids.  Maybe I'll write a song about her on my 1st album :)

12/24/03- I am preparing for January 1st...the day I start writing newsongs.  I am checking billboard for the best songs to parody, also I am now accepting other people's ideas and aslo lsitening to theradio to hear songs to parody.

11/01/03 - I am back on-line! I will start working on new songs in January. 

08/28/03- I saw "Weird Al" in concert.  I got to Meet him for the secondtime...I told him everything I've been wanting to for years thistime.  He accepted a copy of my CD and said he would listen toit!  You can see pictures of it at weirdalwannabe.com

03/07/03 - New Site!  The official site is thatoneguy.org   I've gone from www.homestead.com/that1guy to www.thatoneguy.itgo.com (this site was up for 246 weeks *updated on Nov. 15th 2004) to www.freewebs.com/thatoneguy to www.thatoneguy.org someday I hope to aquire www.thatoneguy.com - but not yet.

02/17/03- The Album is finished!  I'm is making free copies for my friends. As soon as I gets more blank CDs, labels, and ink I will sell them on the internet.  I am trying toget thatoneguy.org

10/02 - I made it to the "Weird Al" Tribute Album!
